Frisco Family Services, a non-profit organization, allows you to lend a helping hand in preventing hunger from further affecting neighborhoods, families, and children.
What can you do?
Donate Through Us
You can hand your food donations to our movers to help keep Frisco’s pantries well-stocked. They open their doors to food item donations and other necessities, where impoverished families access these food items to help them get through each day.
Organize Your Own Food Drive
You may also host a food drive to raise funds and increase the food bank’s supplies. The organization provides extra resources, such as a toolkit and customizable flyers, to assist you in promoting the event.
Give Financial Gifts
Also, consider supporting them by making a financial gift. With monetary donations, they can purchase more necessities and be used for other emergencies needing financial aid.
What can you donate?
Our movers will collect dry and non-perishable goods, such as:
- Canned food products (meat, vegetable, and fruit)
- Crackers
- Pasta and pasta sauce
- Shelf-stable milk and non-dairy alternatives
- Bottled water
- Rice
You may also donate pull-tab canned products or offer spare can openers you can find at home, as some people might not have access to them. Also, you can help brighten any adult or child’s day by giving small luxuries like dessert treats or tea bags.
